 Delicious tastes of Thai cuisine at this small, inviting restaurant.

 

Thai Cafe is a small and well-kept Thai restaurant in the center of the Burnaby Heights district. Peruse the interesting shops, bakeries and delicatessens along Hastings Street, and then stop at Thai Cafe for a delicious lunch.

I ordered my curry "super hot" and it was definitely quite hot, a refreshing change from establishments which moderate the spiciness level for western palates. Curries are also available in mild (or even extra mild) for those who enjoy the flavors of Thai food without all the heat.

If you have a special dietary need, be sure to inform your server, as they will be happy to accommodate your request.

 The Red Curry Chicken lunch special  included soup, spring roll, rice, and a bowl of delicious Thai curry.
$6.95 for lunch special. Dinner prices are slightly higher.
