random thoughts about hurt feelings

She was in a foul mood this afternoon. I think it was all about marriage preparation. She was inpatient and anxious to things she was dealing with. I became the victim under the influence of her quick temper. I have two ideas to this situation: one is to figure out the solution through communication, the other is to stop the hurting once she has made.
I don’t like that feeling of being treated like a stupid person. I got to defend myself at the first place and even fight back. I don’t want to keep the negative feelings inside me. I think I am good enough to handle things like this well by having more practices.
I am not used to talk in front of people, however, I need to change that. It’s always something to push me to move bit by bit. I really need tracks to follow up and motivation to stimulate my desire.
