--RESPONSIBILITIES--
*Work in Taiwan Office to manage the finance functions, with direct reporting to the Financial Controller in Head Office, Singapore.
*Working capital management : Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Cash Management – preparation of reports, analysis, planned actions and execution.
*Perform accounting routines such as maintaining monthly fixed journal entries, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring and correcting customer credit problems, general ledger processing, month end closing entries, trial balance and preparing consolidated financial statements. *Audit, tax and other corporate matters.
*Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow management, etc.
*Keep financial records : prepare year-end profit & loss statements, balance sheets and preparation of Management and Statutory reports. *Assets review.
*Liaise with bank for payroll disbursement.
--REQUIREMENTS--
*CPA or degree or professional qualification in Accountancy *8 to 10 years of working experience
*Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
*Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
*Strong computer accounting skills and knowledge
*Self-motivated and adaptable
*Good people management skills
*Strong written and oral communication skills
