　　這是一首動聽的愛爾蘭民謠，為湯姆斯．摩爾（Thomas Moore）於1808-1834年間所作詞曲，原歌名直譯，為「相信我，假如令人憐愛的青春歲月依然絢麗」，歌詞內容描述年輕歲月漸漸離去的感傷及對愛人思念之情。
