from a general point of view, there will never be a better place to go coz’ hk boss’ mind already twisted ,all they care about is how to dry out every bite of employee to make you worth more then they paid. i don’t think you are lazy as long as i read your paper, you do have great expectation on this job when the very begining, and i think its the same expectation that pull you down....
try to adjust your mind on how to face a job, like what are you working for? Or any reward you expect to get from a job? Then go for the answer of all those questions you raise then you be fine.
