don't believe everything you hear -

I'm a really good liar.
I have all of this sadness + frustration + unhappiness 
welled up inside of me

and so now I have to distance myself from most people
because I'm afraid I'll EXPLODE if I go too close.

because that's me
I can't find a way to let out all the sadness
it's a bottomless pit
