Burst into tears after I saw my lovely colleagues and gave the sick leave cert. to my manager. At last I admitted and being care by my colleagues. But whats wrong with me actually? They dont really know the diagnosis. Virus? Bacteria? Herpes? Seems no one knows. WBC is normal but with relatively high CRP and ESR, ketone in urine 2+.

My lovely colleagues urge me to drink more, otherwise I need IV infusion or ever Ryles’ tube as I am dehydrate! haha..they just scared and kidding me. ^.^ They usually make me laugh and let my mouth so pain and bleeding! Pain score 20/10 !!!!! >.<

Wait for so long with worry.....but I am just a STUPID B. Burst into tears again.... =_(

Hope I can think less and have a good sleep.
