情境故事：
Tina came to NY Gift Fair from Philadelphia on an early morning bus. The fair was not crowded in the morning. Walking around the huge venue, however, drained her of all the energy.
Suddenly a banner caught her eyes--an enticing amber drink under the company logo Aspen Mulling lured her to approach the booth. Mary, a smiling salesperson handed her a cup of hot spiced cider. Tina couldn’t help but walking into the open and spacious booth. It is rather a museum than a booth. The hustle and bustle of the fair were dimmed down in this cozy interior. The carpet is as soft as that in her living room. She heard the fire cracking in the mantelpiece. The images and text hung on the wall even reminded her of her parents’ house!
Sipping the cider, Tina read through the story of Aspen Mulling Comapny, and then sat on the wood bench for a while, feeling all refreshed and energetic again. She took a brochure and thanked Mary. Now she knows who to contact for the next line of products of her gift shop!
