Semi-Healthy

Do you know what kind of person you are? According to the survey of WHO, there are 75% people are semi-healthy people.

What is “Semi-Healthy”? Those people who always feel tired, discomfort, maybe they have back pain, headache and when they ask for help to the doctor, the physicians always reply them: “You’re alright, you are health. And you just need to take a rest and drink more water and you could go home.”

Those people WHO feel discomfort but when they ask for help to the doctor, the doctor says you are alright and healthy. Those people are semi-healthy people. There are 75% people are semi-healthy, 5% are healthy, and 20% are ill.

In 2010, according to the survey of the top 10 causes of death in Taiwan. The top 2 causes of death are “improper diet” and “obesity”. Is obesity a kind of disease?

No, obesity is not a disease, but obesity causes too many chronic and acute diseases.

The thin people are not always healthy, but most of the fat guys are ill. It’s related to the diet and life style.

In the past, people ate less meat. But now, we feast every day.

As for me, I was a nurse, worked in the hospital for several years. Last few months, I was tired easily, but I didn’t think that I should go to see a doctor. And the most convenient way to relax are sleeping and eating.

 Finally, I found that I got hypertension disease by donating the blood regularly.

Of course, I went to see the doctor, and the doctor told me...”if you want to take the medicine for all of your life, come back next week, and I’ll give you the prescription.” Or…you could try to control your blood pressure on your own…just lose weight.

Lose weight? I never think that I was obese though I was overweight 85 kg.

One of my friends shared the concept of semi-healthy with me.

Go back to the main points: “improper diet” and “obesity”

As we know, meat and fish are acidic foods. Acidic food and fat lead to cancers easily.

Vegetables and fruits are alkaline foods. Natural alkaline foods are better to your health. It’s how fortunate we live in Taiwan. Our government even advocated us to eat 5 to 9 different kinds of fruits and vegetables every day. Alkaline factors, they could reduce the incidence of cancer up to 40%.

And …do you want to know how to prevent us to become acidified body?

We could do some simple tests:

1.      Do you go to bed before 10 pm every day?

2.      Do you eat 9 different kinds of fruit and vegetables every day?

3.      Do you exercise regularly? (3 times a week, 30 minutes each time, and the heartbeat above 130 per minute each time.)

4.      Are you happy every day?

If you could do the above four points, you could be prevented to become a semi-healthy people. Now we know what is semi-healthy! It’s the acidified human body.

How we treat ourselves so badly?

The first line of defense for detoxification of the body is the digestion system.

If the first defense line GI system is not working normally. Intestinal accumulate too much toxin, pass through the cell, blood, and bone marrow, then go back to the intestinal tract. It makes us getting old and ill easily. It’s not my theory.

In 1908, the winner of the Nobel Prize of medicine, Mechnikov, developed the theory.

And there is another doctor, Bieler. In his 55 year medical practice career, he said that the disease could be cured through proper nutrition but not the medicine.

Drugs treatment is harmful, the surface symptoms were cured, but the side effects of the drug-induced often lead to new diseases. The theory could be proved easily in Taiwan. There are only 23 million people in this country, but there are the most dialysis patients in the world. No wonder, it’s related to taking too much medicine.
