今天學到的一句至理名言

今天去參加高等教育評鑑委員會所舉辦的工作坊: Student Learning Outcomes Workshop. 在和平東路一段 179 號，春天素食餐廳的旁邊。

因為是我志願要來，順便還把秘書和助理都帶來，聽說學校的研發處非常感動。

Anyway, 工作坊的內容不是特別新穎，很多理念我已經在執行。因為我挑最前面坐著，主講人不斷對著我的眼睛說話。我本來就是很專心聽人說話的人，所以也不會覺得有甚麼奇怪的地方。可是當這位香港科技大學的高教授說到今昔高等教育教學狀況比較的時候，我差一點笑到內傷：

"Because of the increasing student population, higher education has turned from elite to mass/universal education.  Thirty years ago, no good students could ever be harmed by bad teaching.  Today, we should know some students can benefit from good teaching."

Hahahaha!!!!!  None of us was ever harmed, indeed!!!!!
