「阿母卡大！」

有一天教完《油炸綠蕃茄》, 有個學生在劄記上寫著：「假如每個媽媽都可以用一道菜來代表，我的媽媽就是粽子。」Yvette 看完嘆了一口氣對兩麻子說：「別人的媽媽都會做拿手菜給小孩吃，你們好可憐，長大之後都沒有回憶！」

兩麻子同時回答：「不會呀！媽媽會做麵粉餅呀！」
Yvette:「唉呀！那就只是把麵粉胡亂拌水再倒下去亂煎而已，又沒有味道，誰都嘛會！」
大麻子：「不然這麼說吧：『媽媽會做好吃的沾醬油麵粉餅』！真的很好吃呀！」

（生兩個沒味覺的孩子，還蠻不壞的！）

接下來他們就開始幫我想到底做過什麼拿手菜：

「果凍！
橘子醬果凍、草莓醬果凍、咖啡果凍、紅茶果凍、綠茶果凍、葡萄乾果凍、黑糖果凍、冰糖果凍、柚子醬果凍、百香果汁果凍、芒果果凍、西瓜果凍、荔枝果凍、阿華田果凍....」

（其實是同一鍋洋菜煮出來的洋菜凍，只是杯子裡的東西放得不一樣而已，看得出來吧！？而且那明明是廚師自己在玩辦家家酒遊戲！）
他們小時候讀過一本書是 John Burningham 的 Avocado Baby, 裡面說小寶寶喝酪梨汁會長得強壯有力！我們也常常拿「阿母卡大寶寶」來開玩笑。

有一天，我們在聊「營養可是有一點兒恐怖」的「阿母卡大汁」，我們系秘書教了一個秘密「處方」--味全大布丁！而且一個配一顆酪梨剛剛好。我們去年實驗結果非常滿意！（有沒有變壯是看不出來，不過大家都敢喝了！）

今天反正是放暑假了，閒著也是閒著，不如來雪恥吧！
Yvette 挖了一顆「阿母卡大」，像專業果汁店老闆一樣胡亂倒牛奶下去，再加個大布丁打汁！哇！！！好好喝哦！！

I like this NEW JUICE very much. I mean I like to make it and watch the two naughty young guys lick it all up. That`s what they do to amuse me--always.
