過年前，席德的學校自強活動，他們全體老師到宜蘭玩。那一天是小乖生日，在礁溪溫泉的氤氳中，Sid 打電話問「在地人」Yvette 哪裡比較好玩。

「我哪會知？去【傳統文化中心】好了！」
「那就順便祝妳生日快樂了！」
「今天是小乖！」
「妳明天吧？」
「明天是 Victor!」
「呵呵！我們這一掛的......」
(這一掛怎樣? 這一掛都神經兮兮是嗎?)

席德這傢伙八成在寒假讀了哈代的小說，把小乖的英文名字拿來做文字遊戲。明明想要講「曖昧」，寫個〈曖昧之歌〉，硬要在說 obscure 的時候加上
recalling Jude!

Jude the Obscure? 是的，Thomas Hardy 的《無名的裘德》！至於席德是不是認為小乖像一本深奧的書，我就不敢確定了！

Sidney, 真有你的！我想到 Jude, 只會唱〈Hey, Jude!〉
