Love is magic. People would buy chocolate and roses to win the smlie
of their loved one. Sometimes they do strange or even stupid things
to make their lover laugh.

But why do people fall in love? Young children may believe that
Cupid shoots arrows into people’s herts and makes them fall in love.
School teachers may tell you that people have a need for love and belonging. They need friends, a sweetheart, and a family of their own.
Scientists believe love has something to do with chemicals in people’s
heads. Mabye that is why people feel dizzy and can’t talk clearly when
they are in love.
但為什麼人們會墜入愛河呢? 年輕人或許多相信是愛神邱比特把箭射入人們的心,
並且使他們墜入愛河. 學校老師可能會告訴你人們有愛和歸屬感的需求. 他們需
要朋友ˋ甜心和屬於自己的家人. 科學家們相信愛與人們腦裡的化學物質有關.
也許那就是為什麼當人們戀愛時,會覺得暈頭轉向且話都說不清楚.
