Istanbul 2009: paper demand still growing - Turkey According to Turkey's largest paper manufacturer, the domestic demand for paper is still growing. At its three factories, Mopak's production includes notebooks, copy paper and fine paper.   "Even a major company like Mopak, along with the other domestic manufacturers, can only supply 40% of demand," explained H. Kursad Devecioglu, Marketing Manager, Mopak.   Devecioglu points to the importance of strong branding in the corporate market, something that Mopak provides distributors through strong promotion and advertising. At a consumer level, price is still the decisive factor, which led the company to release its budget Copy Boss paper.
