抽煙 真的很不好 其實我之前也有抽過 但是我已戒很久嘍
那時候有抽的時候 我也是一天只抽個五根吧 很少很少
且 只有在晚上抽 其實抽煙大家都知道不好 但卻很少人
知道 不好在哪裡 除了肺不好之外 還有很多的哩 我最近
又知道了一些 就是 抽一根煙啊 會消耗體內大概25毫克的
維他命C 而 你知道人一天 需要多少的 維他命C嗎 其實
不多 只要 60毫克就好了 你知道 一棵橘子的維他命C有
多少嗎 算一百克的橘子好了 就有30毫克的維他命C 一天
大概吃兩棵就夠了 但癮君子一天的煙 算一包就好了
一包有20根 20根乘 25 是 五百毫克 大概是 十幾棵
橘子 維他命C的含量 而 維他命C 正是掌管皮膚 和 血液
是否健康 和 許多對身體好的 所以 可見 抽煙 對身體
的傷害有多大吧 還會降低肺活量 什麼 超多的 沒有一點
好處...................... 又花錢

C in an orange? It probably大概 one hundred gram克
an orange, it has thirty milligram毫克 vitamin C.
It is enough to eat two onanges in a day. But
heavy smoker癮君子 need cigarette菸 one day, we
assumption a bag of cigarette菸, there are twenty
cigarettes in a bag. Twenty multiply乘 twenty five
are five hundred, it is five hundred milligram毫克
, it probably大概 ten oranges that vitamin C in it.
and vitamin C exactly正是 take charge of掌管 skin皮膚
and blood血 healthy or not與否 and more good for body
, so therefore可見 smoking for body’s disservice傷害
is too big. And it can reduce降低 lung capacity肺活量
and more and more, it dosen’t have any good, and
it is also spend money too much.
