Sour Cream Cookies 酸奶油餅乾

1/2 cup 無鹽奶油
6 T Sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup (could add another 1T if its too dry)
1/8 t (optional) salt
1 egg york

Make it as thin as possible
160*c 15 mins



I never really konw the taste of this cookie cuz I used yogurt instead of sour cream. But guess I am not supposed to do so cuz its quite soft in the end. But the taste is not bad.
