4/28霈的英文演講比賽。

學校規定G3&G4是『英文說故事比賽』,
而G5 & G6是『英文演講比賽』
這次的『英文演講比賽』在每位參賽者的努力下,呈現很讚的表演水平
當時為了找英文演講稿花了些許時間,
思考了一下,五月份就是母親節,so…
我想『快樂母親節』的主題最適合不過了。
看了英文演講稿裡,發現有許多的英文單字好難發音.
至少對我而言很難(^^),發音不正確會被笑很久耶~
我要霈上美語課時,把較難或較長的英文單字..
利用時間找外籍老師teacher Duane指導一下
Teacher Duane看到霈的演講稿時,非常驚訝~
他說：『這篇文章很難耶!!! 妳確定嗎???』
霈回答：『I think I can do it !!!』
Tteacher Duane感動的說：『Good girl !!!』
就醬子…霈利用時間將英文稿子內容記起來.
遇到不確定的單字發音,時就利用美語課時問Tteacher Duane
約一個星期,霈已能背熟所有的內容,
而且,霈已經自己帶動作了耶…(我覺得好厲害!!!)
我覺得霈的台風相當好相當穩重。
她的老師說:『她實在很適合站在講台上』,
哈!真是謝謝老師的讚美~~~
A Joyous Mother's Day
快樂母親節
According to a Jewish proverb, "God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers." A widely known song among the Chinese goes like this, "Mothers are the best the world can give, and a child blessed with a mother is treated like a treasure.
Mother's Day falls on different days around the world, but the respect that comes with the holiday does not vary in Taiwan, many people express their gratitude towards their mothers on the second Sunday of May by giving them carnations and presents, taking them to high-class restaurants, or helping with housework.
However, do keep in mind that behind the "joyous Mother's Day" atmosphere generated through commercial speculation, many Taiwan mothers are still faced with a lot of problem sand pressures: balancing work and family, suffering from marital violence, going through troubles with the in-laws raising single-parent families, dealing in the workplace, and working against sex discrimination, etc.
Without a happy mother, there will also be no joyous family. Inturn, there will also be no joyous community and country.
Let us work together and let each day be a "joyous Mother's Day" for all of Taiwan's mothers!
《快樂母親節》
猶太諺云:「上帝無法照顧到每個人,所以祂創造了母親.」一首在華人地區廣為傳唱的歌也說:「世上只有媽媽好,有媽的孩子像塊寶.」
世界各國慶祝母親節的日子雖然不盡相同,然而賦予這個節日的崇高敬意卻沒有二致.在台灣,很多人會在五月的第二個星期日送母親康乃馨及禮物、請母親上高級餐館、或幫忙做家務,以表達對母親的感謝.
不過在商業炒作的「快樂母親節」氣氛之外,別忘了,許多台灣母親仍舊面臨了很多煩惱及壓力:工作家庭兩頭燒、婚姻暴力、婆媳相處問題、單親家庭、職場性騷擾、性別歧視....
沒有快樂的母親,便沒有快樂的家庭,當然也沒有快樂的社區與國家.讓我們一起努力,讓台灣母親每天都可以享受真正的「快樂母親節」
