How am I doing?

First of all, that is a nice picture.
Well, I am extremely thirsty these days....dunno why. I am REALLY thirsty for already a few days.
Sometimes I feel a slight pain around my heart, and due to the cold weather, I don't want to move that much.
I drank a lot already... and in fact I start to lose weigh without I noticing until I checked it last night...
That's good, I guess since I drink a lot, I don't eat that much.
And I start to become weak, I mean both physically and emotionally...

But I must be strong.
