(Read lots of English materials from the web tonight and fueled with a different spirit. May be this is a complete different piece compared with the previous one but who cares?)
Attended a wedding banquet at a luxurious hotel last night, the grand ballroom with crystal lights is daunting. I found lots of elements in this banquet – the bride’s spectacular Victorian wedding gown and different sets of evening dresses, great music, fine wine and lots of senior officials. However, the scene that love sparkled from the eyes of the newlywed was sadly lacking. What’s more important in a Wedding party? I wonder why my answer is always different from the others.
Unlike others who worked in the Business sector, I did not have much to do in making the connection. Rather than being so impolite in reading my own book, I took the opportunity (or a forced choice. A newly met guy sitting next to me is nice but I didn’t find we have anything in common) to reminisce with my College classmate. The last time we met was in an Italian restaurant, she told me. Yes, I remember the name of it ! But she told me a more important information -- it didn’t exist anymore. How time flies! Thanks for these missing moments throughout the years, we could have topics for the 2 hours during the banquet dinner.
While it took me more than 45 minutes to drive down there (not including the time that I got lost), I kept trying to look for something refreshing in return of throughout the banquet but at no avail. Luckily, I got my reward near midnight. The night view by the waterfront is breath-taking. I found my place. It worth carrying the camera for the whole night just for this moment, I murmured.
I captured quite a few good shots, actually I could do more if it wasn’t that cold outside.
Friends of mine have nicely praised for my photography. While I uploaded some of them to the web tonight, I met the real photographer. The people out there in the world can capture your soul with their master pieces !

Enjoy.
p.s. Probably influenced by the reading of this morning (Harry Wolcott!), this piece looks so different from the others. Charles Dicken said “It is a beginning, and that is something.”
Yes, at least this is something.
