I’ve just finished vol.4 Faster, Faster, Faster and I think the series are Wow! Right damn good!
When I first read the book, I really thought this Jonah Black is insane or something. He’s always daydreaming about this girl Sophie and making up stories. And you may think this Sophie isn’t for real and maybe she’s just an imaginary friend of Jonah.
But yet when I read on somehow I figured out that Jonah’s not crazy. He’s just living in his little imaginative world most of the time. So this Jonah studied in a boarding school whcih his father’d chosen for him two years ago. And somehow he got kicked out of the boarding school thanks to this Sophie girl, and he come back to live wiht his mom and younger sister Honey, only to find that he have to stay behind his friends and Honey. Poor guy! Just wait till vol.2 and you’ll find out the reason.
And then there’s still a Northgirl999 to look out for. I keep wondering who’s Northgirl999. She knows everything about Jonah but he doesn’t know a thing about her. Who could she be?
In vol.3 we (as well as Jonah) get to know Sophie but Sophie turns out not really the way we (and Jonah) think about her. She’s acting weird. And she seems like she’s in big trouble. What is Sophie? And could Jonah help her?
Jonah’s life is much tangled with Posie, Sophie, Molly and Northgirl999. Will he ever know what he really wants and gets whatever he wants?
It seems like people don’t write diaries anymore and it’s kinda fun to enjoy one about a teenage guy. And the series are full of mysteries. You need to go throught all of them to solve these mysteries. Yeah I love mysteries!!!
