I give a score ranked as “甲” . Originally your score is ranked as “優” , but unfortunately it is affected by the issue in between you & K . I don’t mind what detail back & forth , but I am concerned about the communication ability .
PM is requested & trained to well deal with various kind of people , including your colleagues , customers, supply & family . Most important is your boss no matter you like or hate . Who is assigned by top management .
Top management may pick up wrong person , but you must respect their decision .
You are good guy … I believe J tries to keep you in UTT . You could consider that . Most important is “must be happy” ..
