當接到電話對方是說英文時

如果對方說了名字,妳不會寫,可以請他拼字

如果要找的人外出,妳可以說
He is out./He is not in the office.
如果要找的人在,但是暫時離開座位
He is away from his desk new.
He is not at his desk right now.
是否可留下電話號碼
Could I have your number?
請問對方,是否要回電
Would you like him (her) to call you back?
告訴對方會轉達來電
OK, I’ll tell him that you called.
如果對方有問我名字的話
This is ......speaking
如果對方來電,已叫出妳的名字時可以回答
Yes, speaking / Speaking
