我們找到以薩荷蛋糕(Sachertorte)
聞名的五星級薩荷飯店(Hotel Sacher)
享受難得的悠閒下午茶.
薩荷蛋糕以濃郁的巧克力製作,
搭配鮮奶油發泡, 配上香淳的CAPPOCHINO, 疲勞盡消.

薩荷飯店下午茶廳內部裝潢以紅色為主調, 水晶吊燈,
壁飾富麗堂皇, 廳內掛滿政要, 皇室, 巨星等等光臨的照片.
其中還包括達賴喇嘛.
對於歐美的貴族名流認識不多,所以只記得有柯林頓…

雖然我們享用著歐洲五星級飯店悠閒的下午茶時光
席間 所有談的 聊的話題 已經飛到九霄雲外.
有人回憶起 曾經旅行在峇里島 半夜3點鐘起床整裝
就為了看一眼日出之後的神山

聊到在日本小樽吃生魚片以及拉麵的美麗回憶
聊著遙遠北歐的生活方式與我們大不同...
以及義大利托斯卡尼騎腳踏車....聊著摩洛哥的北非風情...
這是真是非常奇妙的感受啊!

最後 下午茶一直用到快21:00 才散步回旅館休息.

SachertorteThe famous Sacher Hotel was founded by Eduard Sacher in 1876. He was the son of a cook and owner of a caf? and worked for Chancellor Metternich. Allegedly he was the inventor of the now famous --a chocolate cake. In the past, the nobility enjoyed themselves with the 昼weet Viennese girls?in the hotel.


Also the international high society has always known where the best place to stay is. Emperor Franz Josef , Karajan and all the other celebrities of distinction all once lived at the Sacher Hotel. A table cloth with their signatures is the proof. Guests and visitors can急 wait to try the most famous chocolate cake of the world. The recipe, however, is still a secret.
