發心, 是耕種自己內心的田. 在發心的同時, 會收得耕種的結果, 在最後得到最碩渥的果實。
發心, 是一種付出. 在付出的同時, 要聆聽即使不同於自己的意見並參考。
很多時候, 相對的意見反而能促使更美麗漂亮的結果. 不要一意孤行, 要採納他人的建議。
我們因為年齡的差距, 很多時候會意見相跂, 但我們更應當要互相溝通調協體諒, 畢竟我們都是在貢獻發心。
有付出就有收穫 , 同時我們亦在耕耘自己內心的田地並學習共識

To Resolve, is to cultivate the field in our hearts, we will be able to harvest the fruitful feast when we cultivate.
Resolution, is a kind of giving/volunteering. During the process of giving, we have to listen to also the opposing voices, opinions differ from our own.
In a group, we might not get a long all the time, with different and conflicting ideas; however, our desire is to consider all contributions and to compromise in reaching our goals.
Due to age difference, we might come to a different view points, resulting contradicting ideas; our experiences are different, hence our considerations might differ.
We should not neglect others inputs. We should take an effort to compromise and be considerate.
We are all part of the family in which our goal is to accomplish our best, and to achieve with our best endeavors.
You will earn, when you give. You will view a larger world, when you take a step back.
You will also cultivate your heartful field, while you learn to accept the others.
