What a exhausted day today...I spent all my day at office during the weekend.  My hands are tight but I need to take care of a lots of priorities, this is life and I need to deal with it.

I finally cleaned up the storage room in the office, get rid of those junks and I feel so good about it, thanks to humid and hot weather, the carton is easy to damage therefore I bought more than 12 big plastic container so I can put the stuff inside and keep it intact. 

Guess what ? I am loosing weight for almost 2 kgs this month, I learned how to control the food just simply drink a glass of water before we eat every meal and it works well. I share with Ko Feng and hopefully he can make it too. 

Maybe because I was exhuasted and dead tired like flat tire, I feel I look very old and awful today.  My gut feeling is telling me I need a good break today, no more swimming pool, I just want to go home sit down with kids and have dinner with them. 

Kids are so lovely, they are our most important persons in the world now, I share with them about the "How Do I Live" is perfect interpretation for a parent to their beloved kids.  I like this song very much. I am always moved because it touches my heart all the time.  Here I am, sitting in front of the Mac and Kevin told me how to use firefox platform so I my blog will not be garbled when after we upload to Yahoo.

We are going to have a big family lunch tomorrow, we are ready have fun together again for our big family. Can't wait...
