I am joint a course-adventure counseling.
I have not been writing something in my blog for a long time.
I want to say a wonder course start up and make me want to writing down.
I will spend a lot of time to writing down it with English but I feel worth.
What is my learning?
Beginning bauble:
1.Let the member interaction by themselves .
2.Rewards the early coming member and don’t punish the late people.
3.Observing the teammate.
Small game: throw fruit
Sequencing of briefing: 1.Eyes contact, 2.call the name, 3.throw the fruit, 4.don’t replay and 5.throw it for beside people.
Counseling of leading: How can fast in this game?
Answer: closing, attention and throw it carefully.
The game changing: throw a few fruit; fall off must be play again;
share the feeling and appreciate teammate at the end of the camp.
The last game-balloon:
What do I reflect on?
Accident happen remind of crisis manage, first aid, clam down.
Debriefing: here and now. Learning is in everywhere, everything.

Grown is not only by the game meaning, is belong our experience.
The last, education and counseling of adventure‘s different is counseling is care the people.
Don’t care the game’ s meaningful.
Although we play any games, and we can grown , and found the teammate
needs, we can counsel in every point.
It is ADVENTURE COUNSELING.
