Pray without cease

This morning, I watched a TV programme called "Hour of power". The priest talked about why do we need keep-pray. He said:
"We pray because:
1)to strengthen our faiths
2)to exercise our relationship with Him
3)God tell us to pray
4)to be the example of our children

We have to keep-pray, pray without cease"

I strongly agree that praying is of the paramount important in christian's life. If we want to have spiritual developement, no one can escape the praying lessons.

And there is part of the lyris of a hymn:
"you are my strength when I get weak, the love that carries me."

The priest said:
"We don't always get what we want
but we always get what we need."
