Many employees grouse about their jobs,their manager,and even their customers,and never seem to realize that they are in part responsible for their own circumstances.They focus on the negative and feel they always get the short end of the stick.If something goes wrong,they blame management or others in the organization for not giving them advance warning about changes,and so on.It’s like ther’re passive observers of their own lives.
Most oraganizations are filled with employees who are never satisfied with their circumstances. They wait for their managers to brcome enlightened and expect more from their company and others around them than they are willing to give themselves.Don’t be one of these employees,and avoid employees who constantly complain---you don’t want their habits to rub off on you.
