the 的用法
1. 用於特定的人或事物。
2. 前面已經提過的名詞或與前面以提過的名詞有關的名詞，要用the。（第一次提到的名詞要用a 或an）
例：
I . keep a dog. The dog is called ”Mary.”
2. They came to a river, but there was no bridge over the river.
3. Shut the door, please.
3. 宇宙間為一無二的事物要用the
4. 表示方向或方位的名詞前面要加the
例：
The sun moves round the earth. 太陽繞地球而行。
The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.日出東方，日落西方。
5. 形容詞最高級、序數 或 only / very / same 前面要加 the
例：
1. He is the greatest man that I have ever known.
2. Sunday is the first day of the week.
3. He is the only man for the position.
4. He always wears the same hat.
6. 形容詞或形容詞片語、子句所修飾的名詞前要加the
