shitty feeling

Oh dear God, Give me strength to realize what is good for me and what is not. I am harming myself by considering anothers feelings. I need this strength, I need to find it in myself to say what I feel and not hold back anything else. I can’t keep going on like this.

I need to stop thinking so hard, and start feeling more.

sometime i start to think is it a bless or a curse to be too sentimental? i`m indulged in my own cirling trying to get out as well.
