PORSCHE Motorsport將GT3 RSR予以升級,這輛以911車系為基礎的耐力賽型車種,2009年換上更強的引擎與更佳空力套件。這輛去年在Nurburgring摘下冠軍的賽車,進入新年度後修改前端設計以整合進氣口,另尾翼採用可調式並予以加寬,同時PORSCHE還換上較輕的煞車和管線,這次還提供選配的空調系統,讓車主獲得偏人性化的駕駛環境。
因應新的賽事規則,PORSCHE修改了進氣裝置,水平對臥六缸引擎也有3.8進化到4.0升排氣量,新動力單元可輸出444匹馬力、317lb-ft的扭力,搭配的是六速同步齒輪變速箱。座艙內部,GT3 RSR換用新的多功能儀錶,並重新程式化多功能的內建補給系統控制裝置。
PORSCHE Motorsport表示,目前已經完成20輛GT3 RSR,均在Weissach的廠房等待調度,準備運往買家的車庫,原廠開出的車價約合美金495,000元。
STUTTGART, Germany — Porsche Motorsport has upgraded the GT3 RSR, the long-distance racecar based on the 911, with a larger engine and better aerodynamics for 2009.
Last year’s Nurburgring winner enters the new year with a redesigned front end that incorporates louvered air outlets on the hood and a rear wing with a wider adjustment range. Porsche also fitted lighter brakes and wiring harness, and is offering an optional air-conditioning unit.
To cope with new restrictions on air intake, Porsche bumped the flat-6 engine from 3.8 to 4.0 liters. The new power plant delivers 444 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque and is fitted to a six-speed sequential gearbox.
