If Founder Yiguang didn't let him in during the group's conception, the untalented Yiktat would have never made it as a PennYo. But the lucky f*cker happened to know Yiguang, and now he can brag about being a "founding member."

Besides having no singing skills, Yiktat does not fit into the group in many other ways. For example, unlike Doug, he is not well-endowed with immeasurable talent, intelligence, and other things, and unlike Yin, he is not good at catching stuff with his mouth, even if it's coming from Doug. In contrast to Jeff, his life does not revolve around singing (for there is very little that he could sing), and he loves listening to music that fellow PennYo Jeannie abhors (that is, rock, metal, and punk).

But Yiktat does occasionally harmonise with the group. Like PennYo Joyce, he is a big Nirvana fan; like Maggie, he adores Maggie Cheung; and like Huan, he is an immigrant who grew up in Ridgewood, NJ. In any case, the other PennYos, in a tear-inducing gesture of kindness, seem to have accepted Yiktat as one of their own, and that is why you continue to see that ugly, ingrateful f*cker among their glorious ranks today.
