ouh la la!! my first and second teams both face the early exist in euro 2004. i've been trying so hard to accept it's true that i'll not able to see my england heroes in euro 2004 final. however, here comes another bad news today..swede was eliminated as well. i believe everyones knows the reason why i decide to make swede my second favourite team, that's totally because of my favourite gunner- the outstanding freddie ljungberg. he almost broke the neck for his national team, surely i don't mean it literally. thanks to his exquisite passes and unstopable attacking efforts, swede midfield becomes more and more fatal and well-structured.
in addition, although england lost to portugal in PK, the players' performances are impressive and supposed to be treated as big heroes by fans with jubilation. especially in the last 30 minutes, despite the slippery conditions that rui costa scored first, england didn't stop weaving the intricate passing patterns and later on becks indeed gave frank lampard a chance to level.
let's put aside for a moment that england and swede are out of euro 2004, no one would possibly deny they're both great teams with strong metal strengh. in any case, these players are always my biggest heroes and i'll never ever forget how much happiness they've been bringing to my life.
