      吃七分飽對身體好也不浪費資源, 有錢不代表就一定要買很多東西,當我們沒用到不需要, 有地不代表一定要蓋大樓, 裝東西本來就不用塑膠或保麗龍....etc.人要的東西工廠製造出來, 越多不必要的加工物質汙染越多, 最後呢, 遭殃的不只是大自然也是我們自己ㄚ !!

      社造一定要規劃營造社區的大小公園綠地, 公園是生態友善, 是讓孩子们有泥土地可玩ㄦ讓大地和居民可呼吸的, 一定要去掉 公園 的 水泥化, 甚至可以看當地需要營造制洪或蓄水池也是生態池...etc.
      鋪得到處是水泥 還叫公園嗎!! 還算綠地嗎!! 不要再做本末倒置的事, 只是害了自己. 水來吸沒地下水, 因地表都被封了. 大家害自己越來越熱, 因沒泥土上片片綠樹或野草茂密 來調整, 即使是農地也少了該有的片片竹林或大樹...
      大家一起從 自身社區 開始一起努力! 從自家綠化開始 ! 我们真的是可以很容易就做到影響很大的事, 生態保育 其實就是你好好愛你的家園 !! 讓自己活得更安全舒服, 何樂而不為 ^~^

      8月15日（周四）09:30~16:30將於臺灣港務公司基隆分公司基港大樓前( 基隆市中正路１號) 舉辦萬海日捐血活動, 

      歡迎大家一起來捐血作公益並幫忙大力宣傳, 於農曆七月(孝親月)積福再造福

      「你有學過數學嗎？」學者問
      「沒有。」
      「啊！那你等於失去四分之一的生命。那學過哲學嗎？」
      「也沒有。」
      「那你等於失去一半的生命，多可惜啊。」
      忽然一陣狂風吹來，船將翻覆。
      「你學過游泳嗎？」船夫問
      「沒有。」學者惶恐的回答
      「唉！那你將失去全部的生命了。」船夫感嘆的說 ====== 
      要注意！》「濫好人」其實不是好人，那代表你什麼都沒做好

      事實上，沒有人喜歡永遠只會說Yes或只會說No的人。

      什麼都說「好」、都說Yes，卻沒有考慮到有沒有時間去幫這個忙。最後，答應了人家，卻什麼事都做不好、做不到，自己還累得半死…

      因此，重點不在Yes或No，而是「能否真正幫到忙」：

      有一個富豪，超級有錢。
      可是吝嗇佈施。

      有一天他去理髮，那個理髮師問那位富豪：
      『先生！聽說您很有錢！』

      富豪一聽，心裡非常得意，馬上回：
      『沒錯！富可敵國了』

      那理髮師接著說：
      『我想，您的財富加起來，應該也只多我17萬元』

      富豪一聽，非常生氣，大聲的說：
      『你說這什麼話！我現在口袋裡的現鈔，都比你的所有財產還多』

      理髮師趕緊說：
      『不要生氣~先聽我說。請問您，現在最貴的棺材多少錢？』

      富豪說：
      『20萬元』

      理髮師問：
      『那最便宜的棺材多少錢？』

      富豪回：
      『3萬元』

      理髮師接著說：
      『所以，您這肉體不能用的時候，一定是買最貴的棺木，我窮，買最便宜的。
      你最後的財產也只多我17萬元。其他都不是您的了。』

      *♥‿★*幸福保健～吃洋蔥防癌抗癌作用

      1. 洋蔥具有發散風寒的作用，是因為洋蔥鱗莖和葉子含有一種稱為硫化丙烯的油脂性揮發物，具有辛簡辣味，這種物質能抗寒，抵禦流感病毒，有較強的殺菌作用。

      2. 洋蔥營養豐富，且氣味辛辣。能刺激胃、腸及消化腺分泌，增進食欲，促進消化，且洋蔥不含脂肪，其精油中含有可降低膽固醇的含硫化合物的混合物，可用於治療消化不良、食欲不振、食積內停等症。

      3. 洋蔥是目前所知唯一含前列腺素A的。前列腺素A能擴張血管、降低血液黏度，因而會產生降血壓、能減少外周血管和增加冠狀動脈的血流量，預防血栓形成作用。對抗人體內兒茶酚胺等升壓物質的作用，又能促進鈉鹽的排泄，從而使血壓下降，經常食用對高血壓，高血脂和心腦血管病人都有保健作用。

      4. 洋蔥有一定的提神作用，它能幫助細胞更好地利用葡萄糖，同時降低血糖，供給腦細胞熱能，是糖尿病、神志萎頓患者的食療佳蔬。

      5. 洋蔥中含有一種名炎“櫟皮黃素”9的物質，這是目前所知最有效的天然抗癌物質之一，它能阻止體內的生物化學機制出現變異，控制癌細胞的生長，從而具有防癌抗癌作用。

      6. 洋蔥所含的微量元素硒是一種很強的抗氧化劑，能消除體內的自由基，增強細胞的活力和代謝能力，具有防癌抗衰老的功效。

      7. 洋蔥中還含有一定的鈣質，近年來，瑞士科學家發現常吃洋蔥能提高骨密度，有助於防治骨質疏鬆症。

      8. 洋蔥中含有植物殺菌素如大蒜素等，因而有很強的殺菌能力。另外，嚼生洋蔥可以預防感冒。
