An unbearable tragic event took place a few months ago in Taiwan that is now highly concerned by more than 48 thousand people who signed the petition of death penalty for four criminals who intentionally tortured a baby to death. (It's now more than 51 thousand after I was revising this letter) People grieve upon seeing the baby's death by the pictures and news. The child abuse under President Ma's administration has gone up to to an unprecedented high level. Currently, a two and half year old boy called Wang Hao (王昊) was abused to death by extreme tortures of nail picking, heroine and other drug injections, nailing through the bones, burned by metal stick that was in the criminal's word, "to close up the wound" and other physical abuses such as sweeping the legs using rod, throwing against the wall etc. Wang Hao was basically abused to death by three big guys who are instructed by his mother's boyfriend Liu Chin-lung (劉金龍). No children has ever Ever abused to death to this level of heavy tortures. Liu Chin-lung (劉金龍) was sentenced to death in the first trial, but was sentenced to a 30-year imprisonment after he made a light apology from the second trial, and that from the judge's perspective, since Liu had taken the dead baby to the hospital, "his humanity is yet diminished." As for the other criminals, their original sentences to prison were also reduced by half, around 13~ 15 years. When the criminals were first caught, they ignored the policemen and fooled around until they got frightened when the police on investigation furiously spitted out that they will be sentenced to death if they do not reveal the person who organized this whole event. Here I am, heartily proposing you to help Taiwan's topsy-turvy's condition on child abuses by releasing Wang Hao's sorrowful death to the world. The Wang Hao event is now the bellwether case for future similar cases to follow. If we don't win this case, we won't be able to protect our future generation. With Taiwan going down, the democracy won't survive. If we could rely on our president Ma, we wouldn't be here asking for your help. Please land us your hand. This land needs justice. This land still needs death penalty. Personally, the only "humanistic" solution I could approach were I the judge upon seeing the murderers putting the baby's dead body in the hospital was only postponing the death penalties on the criminals by one day to half a year. Within this period of time before they receive death penalty, they have plenty of chances and time to reflect on their cruelty and receive the death penalty as the path they had chosen the moment they took one's life away. If all the justice clings to the criminals, who protects us, the good civilians? Do you know that Taiwanese not only has to pay the tax to sustain criminals' standard living in the prison but also their medical care? The island nation is becoming a happy criminal heaven. After imprisonment for 30 years, criminals get released back to the society, and they still did the same harm to the society! So, why do we want to keep them without our willingness? The imbecile high court judges responsible for this case are Wang Shi Hua (王世華), Yang Li Jin (楊力進) and Lin Li Xiu (林怡秀).

Again, please release this highly concerned issue to the world so that we could have the power to fight against President Ma's Administration that is prone to un-implementing death penalty. Currently, though Taiwan still retains death penalty, it was just a name. Death penalty were not carried out until Taiwanese sign petitions or riots to put pressures on Ma's administration.
