cooking......
i still don't know how to cook. every night i just put those frozen food into the oven and wait for 30mins. sometimes i will cook some pasta, chiinese noodles, instant noodles or rice. But i don't know how to make some delicious sauce. i just put some cheese, oliver oil or satai sauce on them. Also yellow bean, can beef, pork meet.
every night i just mix them together. although i can't call them as "food", that's what i hv eaten for half yrs. at least now i don't have to eat bread every night. i just remember during the first week at here, i ate bread from morning till night. coz i don't know how to cook anything but just instant noodle.
i suddenly realize...every night when i was in HK......i was so fortunate...my Mum's food....if it's not ranking no.1, at least should be in top 10 comparing with those restaurants. sometimes when i went to fd's home or cousin's home to hv dinner, I, sorri everyone but i just say how i feel, i wanted to go home when i started to eat those food. This is not an offend. different Mums have different cooking style and taste.
yesterday i read from Mingpao news about family CEO. this job has intensive works. cooking, tidying, financail control, socializing with others, nursing...also customer relationship management. if we don't satisfy, she won't complain but just try to solve it. i think even those company's CEO can fulfil this job. no payment, no bonus, no holiday, no accomplishment......
therefore....if our Mum sometimes abreact their feeling.....pls let them do it.....they r too hard-working.......24/7/365...who can do this job?
