wow...envy with it? sorri....it's also free to get it....

starbucks' brand management is really successful.....although its coffee .....be honest...many shops ...even the restuarants in HK is better than starbucks...their decoration, dishes, music, customer service make you got a different feel from other cafe

especially its "premium price"...no matter how general their coffee is...you still got a "high-class" feeling on it....drinking starbucks seems a yuppie lifestyle....

customer behavior is strange....premium price + general coffee = customer satisfaction on mental side and ....nth else...

coming half-year i will focus on my project...all about customer....eCRM....

customer.......is a strange term....u never know what they are thinking
