Stress

Everyone experiences stress everyday. Now, I also feel stressful on this stage, I have butterflies in my stomach. Other examples, like students always have a lot of assignments after school. When they can not finish their schoolwork, they will feel stressful. Workers in the company have stress from their boss. Bosses often say,” It’s not good enough on your projects. Think about it more.” but you have no information about it. Teachers need to plan classes and achieve what they want to teach in every class, even if the semester is short.

We have stress. But, how do we overcome the stress? I have three suggestions for you. First, look for the reasons that make you feel stressful. Don’t let it bother your moods. Whether the stress is from your homework, your boss or your family. Second, try to relax yourself. Because you focus on the stress, you fell in the bad emotion. You can go out with your friends, go shopping, watch movies, listen to music, and talk away the stressful feelings. They may give you good suggestions. Third, face the stress. After you relax yourself, you will gain more energy to think about this problem again. Your stress will diminish if you learn how to handle it.

If you have too much stress, your smile will lose, the disease will find you, moreover, or develop psychological problem like depression. Don’t let stress occupy you heart. You need to cross each bridge as you come to it. You will shine like a smiling angel. God bless you. Thank you.
