7. decide the date to hold the banquet

8. promotion (included internet advertisment, the advertisment on the newspapers, magazine etc.)

9. invitation to the wine experts, special guests, customers, and also invite the reporters to visit our banquet since they can promote our banquet

10. the banquet starts

11. provide service to the guests

12. introduce the information of those wine to our guests

13. if possible, mark down the information of those visiting guest in order to contact them in the furture

14. the banquet is finished

15. write the report to the manager
