Blue Ocean Strategy

We held the crossing meeting among sales, technical , production and management team this afternoon. The CEO mentioned that we would rather than compete within the bloody market.
 
What's the " Blue Ocean Strategy"? There are five ways to create the blue oceans:
 
1. Create uncontested market space .
2. Make the competition irrelevant.
3. Develop and capatutre new demand.
4. Break the value or cost trade-off.
5. Align the whole system of company's activities in pursuit of differentiation and low cost.
 
It is important to focus on what competitive advantages are fitted our company.
