R mentioned the upcoming division financial manager in the staff meeting.

Sounds like a Chinese name

R said how impressive her experience is and how she handled hostile situation.

The lady told a story during the interview about how she calmed down an angry NB surgeon and had he do what he's supposed to do.

Then she looked at me and said, "It kind of reminded me the way you deal with Dr. T."



It was just a short casual comment, but I am happy. Very happy.

She did notice. Even I'm always so quiet and short of word during work.
