MO in Japan

Andrew finally came back from Tokyo. Yeah!!

He said the MO in Japan was very very crowded. The occupancy was 100% for the very first day. It’s just a mess, I can imagine. It was around 30% for ours, but we were already in a mess. So you can imagine......

Did the guests complain? I asked, and the answer was surprisingly a yes. I thought the Japanese were all understanding and obedient, but I guess I was wrong this time. "They were queuing up in front of the front desk counter and the line went all the way to the door," Andrew replied. I guess at that moment, not even fluent Japanese could solve all the problems......

Andrew said he was glad to be back to our small hotel. In his words, the hotel was a MONSTER. Well, if I could have a chance to take a look at the monster......
